Email — Google account

Estimate and invoice emails send from this account’s own connected Google account over the Gmail API (works on Railway, where SMTP is blocked). Each login connects and configures its own Google account here.

Send-as aliases default to the connected account and must be addresses it’s allowed to send as (a verified Gmail “Send mail as” alias). CC addresses get a copy of each email.
Service Presets

Quick-add chips on the estimate form. The description, when present, becomes the added line's wording. Rows without a name are dropped on save.

Refiner Rates (Jack Hunt benchmark)

Refiner payout rates used by TantalumTrader. Gold & platinum are per-dwt coefficients (gram value derived ÷ 1.55517); silver is a fraction of melt (.82 = 82%). Edit to match your refiner's current rates.

Import from QuickBooks Online

In QuickBooks Online, export each list as CSV (or Excel — save as CSV). Then upload them here.
QBO export paths: Sales → Customers → Export, Expenses → Vendors → Export, Sales → Invoices → Export, Sales → Products and services → Export.

Retiring. These SMTP settings are kept for accounts without a connected Google account and will not send on Railway, which blocks outbound SMTP. Use Email → Google account instead.

Estimate emails now send through each account’s connected Google account (see the “Email — Google account” card above). These SMTP credentials are a legacy fallback only — and won’t send on Railway, which blocks outbound SMTP.

Use Gmail to send directly. Requires a Gmail App Password (Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → App Passwords).
General / Invoices Email
